What can I cut with it?

Firm vegetables and fruits like cucumber, carrot, potato, cabbage, onion, beetroot, radish and apple. Pick the blade for the cut you want: slices, julienne, shreds, grates or waffle.

Is it safe for my fingers?

Yes, when you use the hand protector. Put the vegetable under it and slide the protector across the blade. Do not slice the last small piece with your bare hand.

How do I change the blade?

Slide the blade out of the top frame and slide the new one in. It takes a few seconds and needs no tools.

How do I clean it?

Take the blade out, then rinse the bowl and blades under running water. Use the cleaning fork to clear any stuck bits. Let all parts dry before you store them.
