Replacements

Ease Bucket accepts replacement requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We replace items that are defective or damaged. To request one, email us at contact@easebucket.com with your order number, and send your item to our respective delivery partner.

We reserve the right to cancel a replacement request if we find inappropriate or suspicious activity by the customer.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery across India takes around 3–7 days.

In some cases delivery may be delayed due to different border rules, pandemic conditions or other irregular conditions. In that case you will be informed by email.

Cancellation policy

Our system automatically cancels spam orders. To cancel an order, reach us by email or form.
